Travel OS

By accessing or using Travel OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel OS. Please read them carefully.
Travel OS is a travel itinerary management application that:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Travel OS. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using Travel OS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You create your Travel OS account by signing in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, you grant Travel OS permission to access your inbox to scan for travel booking confirmation emails. You understand and agree that:
You retain ownership of all trip data, events, notes, and documents you create or upload in Travel OS ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By using Travel OS, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license above and that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.
When you delete content or your account, we will delete Your Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Travel OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Travel OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Travel OS integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Travel OS offers a free tier with limited features as described on our pricing page. The free tier is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid features are available through our Pro tier. Pricing is displayed on our website. By subscribing to the Pro tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Travel OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Travel OS extracts and displays travel information from your booking confirmation emails. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify critical travel details directly with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. Travel OS is not responsible for missed flights, hotels, or other travel disruptions.
Travel OS is an organizational tool, not a travel agency or travel advisor. We do not provide travel advice, recommendations, or bookings. We are not responsible for any travel decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel OS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at sanaysheth@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve any dispute within 30 days of your notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the Travel OS app at least 14 days before changes take effect, and sending an email to your registered address for significant changes.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel OS regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
